About the Project
As part of the Swissôtel brand, it will be a 5-star premium class resort setting new standards in luxury, service and quality in the region.
The main building will stretch over 22.000m² and 7 floors. In addition, there will be a SPA, medical clinic, as well as a big garden. The entire area will amount to 30.000m².
The resort will be situated above town which enables a panoramic view of the valley in the north and the Rila mountains in the south.
About Us
Aqua Treatment Ad Ltd. is a real estate development and investment company from Bulgaria. It will be managing the construction of the project. Afterwards, the hotel will be managed by an international hotel chain with a longstanding history in luxury hotels - Accor, as part of Swissôtel.
